How do I create a customer account ?

A customer account is a great way to save your details for your next purchase, no need to re-enter you information at the checkout page. You can create a customer account in just a few easy steps here. Simply click on “login” located in the menu at the top right of every page, and select “create account”. Once you have entered your Name, Email and select a password, click “create account” and you are all done. You will receive a confirmation email from us, to let you know your account has been created.

For your convenience, you can also use the same login details if you wish to purchase a subscription product.

How do I create a Subscription account ?

Setting up a Subscription account is the same steps (above) as a customer account, and you will only be changed when you purchase a subscription product from our online shop, you are also free to use this account for one time purchases.

Trouble logging into my account?

If you have an account with Taroeva, you can log into your account online by simply clicking on “login” located in the menu at the top right of every page. If you can’t remember your password, you can easily reset it by selecting “forgot password”. Once you enter the email address associated with your account, you will be sent a reset password link via email. 

How do I update or save my payment details?

You can remove or edit your credit cards/payment details at anytime, by logging into your account and in Settings, click Payment method, then add or update your information from there.

Also when you have added items to your cart and are ready to checkout, you will proceed to the payment section in order to place your order. When selecting the debit or credit card payment method option, you will be able to enter your card details and select ‘Save for next time’. This will save your details for a faster checkout on future orders.

Some Payment Options Aren’t Working.

Due to the nature and limitations of Afterpay and PayPal, currently these payment methods can not be used for recurring Subscription payments. We are working in the background to try and rectify this, but rest assured you can still use the Credit Card & Debit Card options.

Alternatively, Afterpay and PayPal can still be used for one off purchases.

How do I change my email address?

To update your email address, login and select your profile, click on your current email address and in the “New field”, enter the new email address and follow the confirmation fields. Keep a look out for an email to verify the change to your new email address, click “Verify email” in the message to complete the process.

Not receiving emails?

Not receiving Taroeva emails? Let’s get you back in! There may be a few reasons why you aren’t receiving emails from us, including if your email address has been recorded incorrectly in our system or if you have unsubscribed from our email communications.

To check your details are correct, you can log into your online account and confirm your details in your profile settings. If you’re unable to log in to view your details or if they are correct and still not receiving emails, please contact our Customer Care team and we can double check for you.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, absolutely, cancel anytime you wish. Simply login to your account and locate the subscription you wish to cancel and then select “cancel subscription”, its that easy! Or alternatively, let our Customer Care team know, and we’ll do the rest.

Once cancelled, we will send you a confirmation email to let you know. This usually happens within 24hrs.
