Is express shipping available?
Express Shipping is also available in Australia through Australia Post Express Post which can be selected during check out. To see delivery estimates for you country, visit auspost.com.au/expresspostnetwork.
* As of April 2020 Australia Post advised that they have temporarily suspended their Express Post guarantee, due to increased demand and fewer available flights. Express Post deliveries may take longer, however they will continue to prioritise these deliveries.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We typically dispatch orders the next business day.
Australia Orders
Orders are shipped either Parcel Post or Express Port with Australia Post. Parcel Post is normally delivered in 3-6 days and Express Post delivered in 1-3 days, depending on your area. For more information on delivery times in your area visit auspost.com.au/domesticdeliverytimes, orders are shipped to our Melbourne VIC distribution partner and will be shipped via AusPost as if it were sent locally from within Australia.
New Zealand Orders
Orders are shipped as International Standard Parcel or International Express Parcel with Australia Post. Australia Post indicates typical standard delivery times of 5-8 days and Express post 2-5 days.
United Kingdom Orders
Orders are shipped as International Standard Parcel or International Express Parcel with Australia Post. Australia Post indicates typical standard delivery times of 6-8 days and Express post 4-6 days.
Canada Orders
Orders are shipped as International Standard Parcel or International Express Parcel with Australia Post. Australia Post indicates typical standard delivery times of 6-9 days and Express post 3-6 days.
USA Orders
Orders are shipped as International Standard Parcel or International Express Parcel with Australia Post. Australia Post indicates typical standard delivery times of 6-9 days and Express post 3-6 days.
Can I track my order?
Yes you can. You order will be shipped via AusPost Tracking as if it were sent locally from within Australia. You will receive a tracking number upon your order being dispatched.
We will email you confirmations when your order is placed, and then once your order is shipped. Your shipping confirmation will include an Australia Post tracking number which you can use to track the shipment through the Australia Post system. If you provide a phone number with the shipping address, Australia Post will text you with delivery updates and options.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.
International customs & taxes
Any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Please note in accordance with export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise/sale of goods” and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes.
Your local customs office will be able to assist you with any further information regarding taxes, duties and customs.
Why do we ship from Overseas to an Australian distribution partner?
This is in compliance with the TGA's 'personal consumption' guidelines - allowing import for individual use.
The reason is NMN is currently not yet approved by the TGA for sale within Australia. Currently NMN is only approved by the TGA for export use only.
NMN has been consumed globally for over a decade, with little to no adverse side effects being reported. Check out our “about” page to view the scientific research and human trial studies.
We have faith the TGA will authorise distribution within Australia in the near future, but as you may imagine, governmental regulatory bodies must, by their very nature, lag behind scientific advancements.
